Остават броени дни до традиционното за българския пазар кариерно изложение Дни на кариерата – ИТ, Комуникации и Аутсорсинг
Форумът, организиран от компанията за комплексни HR услуги – JobTiger предоставя уникална възможност на студенти и специалисти, които търсят успешна реализация в областта на информационните технологии, телекомуникациите и аутсорсинг индустрията, отваряйки им вратите към водещите компании в сектора.
За първи път тази година в рамките на изложението ще има специален кът на японската икономика. На 14-ти октомври, 20 японски компании ще присъстват в София в търсене на новите си служители.
Днес имаме огромното удоволствие да Ви срещнем с Коичиро Шимамори – Главен представител в офиса на Mynavi Corporation във Варшава. Mynavi Corporation е компания, предоставяща HR услуги. Г-н Шимамори е главният „виновник“ за осъществяването на събитието – Bulgarian – Japanese Tech Job Fair & Forum, в рамките на Дни на кариерата – ИТ, Комуникации и Аутсорсинг. Той развива тази инициатива, като миналата година има такава осъществена в Полша и Румъния, а тази година България също влиза в списъка.
Цялата инициатива се провежда официално от Японското министерство на икономиката, търговията и промишлеността (METI), а Mynavi управлява инициативата. Заедно с държавни служители от Япония и г-н Шимамори, събитията ще бъдат посетени от представители на единадесет японски компании не само от Япония, но и от България и европейски страни.
Здравейте, г-н Шимамори! За нас е огромно удоволствие, че днес сте наш гост. За първи път тази година Bulgarian – Japanese Tech Job Fair & Forum ще бъде част от кариерното изложение, организирано от JobTiger – Дни на кариерата – ИТ, Комуникации и Аутсорсинг. Каква е основната цел на това събитие и какво да очакват хората, които ще го посетят?
Щастлив съм от тази ценна възможност да организирам първата инициатива на правителството на Япония, за да свържа българските талантливи младежи и японските технологични компании. Този път единадесет японски компании ще дойдат в София от Япония, Европа и България, за да се срещнат с мотивирани IT студенти и професионалисти. Бих искал да дам възможност на българските технологични таланти, да се докоснат до японски атрактивни и интересни работни места и проекти.
Миналата година инициативата Japanese Tech Job Fair & Forum, която Вие развивате, е успешно осъществена в Полша и Румъния. Защо решихте тази година да включите и България?
От 2019 г. досега съм бил в България шест пъти и съм добре запознат с високото качество на индустрията и талантите в ИТ сферата, постигнати чрез много години обучение. След успеха на първия опит, с конференциите миналия декември във Варшава и Букурещ, исках да планирам първите японски кариерни форуми в страните от Централна и Източна Европа, включително България, след което представих подробен доклад за отличните постижения на България на METI.
От кои сфери са японските компании, които най-вече се интересуват от този вид събития и какви професионалисти търсят?
Много японски компании очакват с нетърпение да се срещнат с хора, които специализират в напреднали области на ИТ и ИИ, от разработка на софтуер до киберсигурност, машинно обучение и анализ на данни. Освен това ще участва и SEGA България. Излишно е да казвам, че това е една от водещите компании за игри в света. Япония разбира значителния растеж на българската игрална индустрия. Българските младежи може да намерят следващото си работно място в японски компании, базирани в Япония, Европа и България.
Как Mynavi Corporation подпомага младите професионалисти и студентите в търсенето на работа и кариерно развитие?
Mynavi е една от най-големите информационни компании за човешки ресурси и почти всички японски студенти се регистрират в нашите услуги за набиране на персонал. Въпреки това не сме развили нашия бизнес в България, затова реших да се договоря за силно партньорство за тази инициатива с JobTiger, несъмнено най-известната българска HR компания. Ще подкрепим българските млади кандидати в тяхното кариерно развитие, като си сътрудничим между Европа и Япония.
Какви умения и качества са особено ценени от японските компании при набирането на нови служители, и как българските кандидати могат да се подготвят за успешно участие в Bulgarian – Japanese Tech Job Fair & Forum?
Както споменах по-рано, японските компании се надяват да намерят млади хора със сериозен опит в областите на IT и AI. Позволете ми да кажа също, че те ще бъдат доста заинтересовани от кандидати, които имат силна мотивация за иновации при срещата с нови култури и предизвикателства. Подготвяме „10-минутно състезание по програмиране“ в края на конферентната част. Победителят ще бъде награден на сцената, получавайки двупосочен самолетен билет на ANA (All Nippon Airways) до Япония! Не забравяйте да си вземете лаптоп, ако е възможно, или поне смартфон.
Как оценявате потенциала за развитие на бизнес отношенията между България и Япония в бъдеще?
Японският министър на икономиката – г-н Нишимура, посети България през май. За първи път от петдесет години японски министър на икономиката посети страната ви. Придружих го като част от делегацията и участвах в кръглата маса с правителството на България. Япония вече е наясно със сериозното значение на България по отношение не само на политиката, но и на технологиите и иновациите. Надявам се и България да гледа на Япония като на свой важен стратегически партньор в Азия. Вярвам, че със задълбочаването на взаимоотношенията между двете страни, сътрудничеството в областите на иновациите и растежа ще се увеличава все повече с времето.

The forum, organized by the company for complex HR services – JobTiger provides a unique opportunity to students and professionals looking for a successful career in the field of information technology, telecommunications and outsourcing industry, opening the doors to the leading companies in the sector.
For the first time this year, there will be a special corner on the Japanese economy within the exhibition. On October 14th, 20 Japanese companies will be present in Sofia in search of their new employees.
Today we have the great pleasure to meet Koichiro Shimamori – Chief Representative at Mynavi Corporation’s Warsaw office. Mynavi Corporation is a company providing HR services focused on both business and people.
Mr. Shimamori is the main „causer“ for the realization of the event – Bulgarian – Japanese Tech Job Fair & Forum, within the Career Days – IT, Communications and Outsourcing. He is developing this initiative, as last year there was one in Poland and Romania, and this year Bulgaria is also on the list.
The whole initiative is officially held by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), and Mynavi manages the initiative. Together with the government officials from Japan and Mr. Shimamori, the events will be visited by the representatives of eleven Japanese companies not only from Japan but also from Bulgaria and European countries.
Hello, Mr. Shimamori! It is a great pleasure to have you as our guest today. For the first time this year Bulgarian – Japanese Tech Job Fair & Forum will be part of the career fair organized by JobTiger – Career Days – IT, Communications and Outsourcing. What is the main purpose of this event and what should people who will visit it expect?
I am very pleased with this precious opportunity to organise the first initiative for the Government of Japan in order to bridge Bulgarian talented youngsters and Japanese tech companies. This time, eleven Japanese companies will come to Sofia from Japan, Europe and Bulgaria, to meet motivated IT students and professionals. I would like to make a lot of opportunities for Bulgarian tech talents to get in touch with Japanese attractive and interesting jobs and projects.
Last year the Japanese Tech Job Fair & Forum initiative, that you are developing, was successfully implemented in Poland and Romania. Why did you decide to include Bulgaria this year?
Since 2019, I have come to Bulgaria already six times, and well recognised its high level quality of industry and talents in IT field accumulated through long history of education. After the success of the first attempt for the conferences last December in Warsaw and Bucharest, I came to want to plan the first Japanese job fairs in the CEE countries newly including Bulgaria, then submitted a detailed report on Bulgaria’s excellence to METI.
Which areas are the Japanese companies most interested in this kind of events and what kind of professionals are they looking for?
Many Japanese companies are looking forward to meeting people who specialize in advanced IT/AI fields, from software development to cybersecurity, machine learning and data analysis. In addition, SEGA Bulgaria will also be participating. Needless to say, it is one of the world’s leading game companies. Japan understands the significant growth of the Bulgarian gaming industry. Bulgarian youngsters may be able to find their next career in Japanese companies based in Japan, Europe and Bulgaria.
How does Mynavi Corporation support young professionals and students in their job search and career development?
Mynavi is one of the biggest HR information companies and almost all Japanese university students register with our recruiting services. However we have not developed our business in Bulgaria, therefore I decided to agree with a strong partnership for this initiative with JobTiger, undoubtedly Bulgaria’s most prominent HR company. We are going to support Bulgarian young candidates in their career development cooperating between Europe and Japan.
What skills and qualities are particularly valued by Japanese companies when recruiting new employees, and how can Bulgarian candidates prepare for successful participation in the Bulgarian – Japanese Tech Job Fair & Forum?
As I mentioned earlier, Japanese companies hope to find young people expertise with advanced IT/AI field. Let me say at the same time that they will be pretty interested in who have ambitious motivation for innovation through the encounter new cultures and circumstances. We are preparing the “10 minutes coding contest” at the end of conference part at the venue; the winner will be awarded on the stage receiving an ANA round-trip flight ticket to Japan! Don’t forget to bring a laptop if possible, or at least a smartphone.
How do you assess the potential for development of business relations between Bulgaria and Japan in the future?
Japanese Minister of Economy – Mr. Nishimura, visited Bulgaria in May, it was the first time in fifty years for Japanese Minister of Economy to visit your country. I accompanied as one of the delegation and participated in the roundtable with Government of Bulgaria. Japan is now aware of the significant importance of Bulgaria in terms not only of politics but also of technology and innovation. I hope that Bulgaria also regards Japan as its most important strategic partner in Asia. I believe that as mutual understanding between the two countries progresses, collaboration in areas of innovation and growth will be generated pretty much.

I appreciate such kind of opportunity to address the readers of Bulgaria‘s notable business portal. Personally I regard Bulgaria as one of the most attractive countries in Europe, with a lot of charms. Hopefully may I see you at the venue of job fair on Saturday 14th of October!
